History
When Joe Quimby asked Lisa to help him with the crime, dogs and traffic problem in Springfield she called the Jazz Squad for help her. One of the member of the Jazz Squad is Thelonious Monk. Thelonious Monk makes the city's dogs to be nice by letting them listen to he playing his music.
