Mr. Friedman was a banker.
History
Mr. Friedman had a contract for Dr. Emmett Brown to sign, in order to keep the Institute of Future Technology open with a business loan.
Before Doc could sign the contract, Friedman was ran over by a time traveling DeLorean that was driven by Professor Frink.
