Character Information
|
Adil Hoxha is an Albanian Foreign Exchange student and Communist spy that stayed with The Simpsons.
History
Adil was sent to live with the Simpsons for 3 months while Bart was sent to France in the Foreign Exchange Student Program. He was actually a spy for Communist Albania and was sending highly secret information back to his country from Bart's treehouse. Most of what he was sending was top secret material from Springfield Nuclear Power Plant where Homer unknowingly posed for pictures infront of these machines. Adil actually was a genuinely kind boy and Homer really fell in love with him, and was sad to see him go even after it was discovered he was a spy. In the end Adil is deported back to Albania and instead of being punished he is traded for an American spy child caught in Albania. He also appeared in The City of New York vs. Homer Simpson on a boat among other immigrants. Bart, from inside the Statue of Liberty, tells them that the country's full, causing them to try Canada. Adil most likely ends up in Canada.
