Donny is a ten year old child and was raised in the Shelbyville Orphanage, not knowing who his parents were and unhappy not knowing where his real family is. Donny's most prominent character traits are his mischievousness, rebelliousness, disrespect for authority and sharp tongue. Donny was used by Principal Skinner and Superintendent Chalmers to snitch on Bart's plans. He becomes best friends with Bart.
Role in The Simpsons
He became a good friend of Bart Simpson. He was snitching on Bart and telling Skinner and Chalmers all of his plans, but Bart suspects that the snitch is Milhouse so they beat him up and lock him up and leave him in a locker.
