Julia is a woman who saved Homer and Marge from an angry mob of fans. She becomes Homer's manager and then tried to seduce him but Homer refuses and then she tries to kill Homer during a showing of The Barber of Seville. However, Marge stops her. While she is being sent to an insane asylum, she swears vengeance on Marge. Whether or not she will return to get her revenge on Marge (making her Marge's own "Sideshow Bob") remains to be seen.

She appears in "The Homer of Seville" and is voiced by Maya Roudolph.
