The Mugger is the man who steals Marge's necklace in Strong Arms of the Ma. He is seen wearing a trenchcoat and a Goofy like hat.
Role in the Simpsons
When Marge and the kids have to drive home from Rainier Wolfcastle's house she meets a mugger on the way who steals her necklace and runs off. He then makes Marge feel weak and makes her get the need to work out. Marge gets redemption against him days later by beating him up in front of the townsfolk.
