History
Perkins let McBain be his daughter's bodyguard after he had received death threats from Dr. Malevolent. Under a visit at the mall was they caputred. After McBain defeated Malevolent was Perkins showing up and it turns out that his daughter is really Agent Milano and she had working undercover.
