Mr. Smithers (is serving as Homer's personal assistant) asks Homer what exactly he does at the plant. His response is what George does on The Jetsons. Later when his chair is spinning out of control, he cries out "Smithers! Stop this crazy thing!" (reference to George saying "Jane! Stop this crazy thing!").
Behind the Laughter
Because they did not ask if they could use the character, in the commentary track on the DVD they called him George Fetson although in the episode he appeared in, Homer called him "Jetson".
