Howard is the cool kid with the sunglasses who hangs out at Noiseland Video Arcade.
History
He once taught Homer how to beat Bart at video-game boxing. After Howard taught Homer everything he knew, his mother came in and dragged him away. She then scolded Homer for playing video games with little children.[1]
