Balphigor is a talking, winged monkey and assistant to John Frinkenstein. After Frink finished his experiments with changing the faces of people, he gave Balphigor Bart's face.
Behind the Laughter
Balphigor's name is a combination of the name Igor, Dr. Frankenstein's faithful henchman, and Balphazar which is the usual name of Frink's simian assistant.
