Arthur "The Fonz" Fonzarelli (aka Fonzie) is part owner of a restaurant in Happy Days played by Henry Winkler.
History
When Lisa was a baby Homer read to her from the TV guide. He read about an episode of Happy Days where The Fonz, played by Henry Winkler, is worried that he's losing his cool.[1]
At the Smithsonian Museum had the "Fonzie" jacket beside "The Bill of Rights". Homer was interesting of the jacket and Bart asked to him who's Fonzie, Homer was suprised at the answer, and ask him if they don't teach them anything in school, he freed the squares. Lisa becomes then interesting of the Bill of Rights.[2]
