Betsy is Lisa's stuffed dolphin that she got at Stuff-N-Hug.
History
When Lisa asked an employee at Stuff-N-Hug what outfit she wanted, the employee kept coming up with outfits to suit a girl. Lisa then told the employee that it was a boy dolphin, and the employee gave Lisa the doctor outfit she wanted in the beginning. Lisa then said to Betsy how they fooled the employee into thinking it was a boy dolphin.
