The Omnitouch representative is the unnamed representative for the cellphone company OmniTouch.
History
When Homer Simpson wrecked the Bill of Rights at the national treasure museum, which is sponsored by OmniTouch, the representative told him that, to pay for what he has done, the company had to install a cellphone tower on his house, and make Lisa's room a space for several machines to power the tower. The representative told Lisa that it was all about community and that it wasn't so bad at all.
