Jerry is a man who wants to cut down Springfield National Forest.

History

He sees congressman Bob Arnold about cutting down the forest in the United States Capitol. His pitch is fake, with drawings of furry animals eating at tree stumps to try and persuade him to do so. After getting turned down, he tried to offer him a bribe to which they both laugh about. Bob then tells him to call him that night.
