B.A. Bäckström is a Finnish spy and part of the A-Team of Finland. He rides in a van and just misses catching Bart but the Chinese Intelligence in America catches him first.
Behind the Laughter
B.A. Bäckström is a parody of B. A. Baracus from The A Team. The van they ride in is a parody of the A Team van.
