Major Asa is a recruiter for the U.S. Army. He works at a recruiting station in Springfield.
History
When Homer was young, he destroyed the family's lawn, so therefore needed to repay his father. He went to an army recruiting station and tried to join the army but Major Asa told him that he was too young.
