Huggy Bear is a character in Starsky and Hutch.
History
He was seen locked up in the Aging Animal House. He said that he wasn't a real name, it was just the name of his character. Bart asked him where the bathroom was and after tipping him, he told Bart that it was next to the rhino cage.
