Shelby is a boy who lives in Shelbyville. His father works at the Shelbyville Impound Lot. He looks similar to Bart, except for his hair and hat. He also has a friend called Milhouse. He was one of the kids who robbed the Springfield Lemon Tree and took it to Shelbyville.

- He was not given a name in the episode, but was named "Shelby" in The Simpsons: A Complete Guide to Our Favorite Family.
