Louie is a member of the Springfield Mafia. He accompanies Fat Tony and Legs. He has curly black hair. Louie is the muscle, as well as Legs. Fat Tony is his boss and he always listens to him, doing whatever told. He isn't afraid to kill or wound.
Behind the Laughter
Louie's appearance and mannerisms are strongly evocative of character actor Frank Sivero, who has played gangster roles in films such as Godfellas and The Godfather Part II. Also, according to Dan Castellaneta, he modeled his voice after Italian American actor, Joe Pesci, who also had a role in Goodfellas.
