Roger is the father of Candace.

History[edit]

When Homer and Marge were separated, Roger started to date Marge whilst Homer dated Candace. When Candace took Homer to meet her father, Homer was horrified to find that he was dating Marge. During the meal, Roger proposed to Marge and she accepted.

When Homer rushed back home, he found that Roger was having dinner with the family. Homer broke down outside the house, and Lisa went out to comfort him before she went back in to play chess with Roger.
