Mrs. Powell is the mother of Janey Powell, one of Lisa Simpson's friends.
History
When Marge bans Lisa and Bart from watching The Itchy and Scratchy Show, they go to their friend's homes to watch it. Bart goes to Milhouse Van Houten's house and Lisa goes to Janey Powell's. She briefly appears there.
