Maggenondaremon is the daughter of Margemary and Satan.

After Homer and Margemary have moved into a new apartment, they told their new neighbors Monty Burns and Smitherina that they tried to get Margemary pregnant. Burns and Smitherina told them they also tried to have children but failed. They contacted doctors, acupuncture, tried in-vitro and finally praying to Satan with a group of friends.
