Sheila Chow is the wife of Ling Chow. Together the two own The Pan-Fried Dragon, previously known as The Lonely Dragon, a Chinese restaurant in Springfield.

History[edit]

When Homer went to The Lonely Dragon while Bart got therapy sessions by Stacey Swanson, Sheila and Ling greeted Homer using their "act" where they put on over-the-top Chinese accents.
