The helicopter cop is a man who works as an Olympic authority.

History[edit]

The cop and a pilot were chasing Homer in a helicopter after Homer had stolen the Olympic Torch. Marge, fed up that Homer did this every four years, grabbed the torch from him and threw it to the cop. The cop caught it, but the torch distracted the pilot, causing the helicopter to crash into a rock wall. The two were ok, but the torch's flame had gone out prompting the cop to yell a very drawn out "no!"
