The Naked Cowboy is an American street performer whose pitch is on New York City's Times Square. He wears only cowboy boots, a hat, and briefs, with a guitar strategically placed to give the illusion of nudity.

When he was walking around in New York City, Homer told him he was only wearing underwear. The man then yelled out that he thought he was in a dream, and promptly hid behind a mailbox.
