The health inspector is the second health inspector who inspected Moe's Tavern after his predecessor, Frankie, died.
History
After Frankie died, the new health inspector came to inspect Moe's Tavern and found it disgusting, listing several health code violations including Frankie's corpse still being on the floor, chicken skins in the soap dispensers, cigarette butts in the air and a toilet on the roof. He then shut down Moe's Tavern due to all the violations and told him it would reopen once he fixes them all.
