Bobby Terwilliger (a.k.a. Sideshow Bobby) is a police officer in Springshire. He has the facial appearance of Sideshow Bob, but has a hairstyle slightly different than his.
History
Bobby was first identified after Bart stole his hat. He then chased Milquetoast and Bart and declared that they made an enemy of himself.
