Character Information
|
Alison Bechdel is an American cartoonist.
History
She took part in the Chicks With Pix panel at Bi-Mon-Sci-Fi-Con one month. She spoke about her "Bechdel test", which is an observation she made about how women in TV and movies are rarely seen talking about something other than a man. Marge mentioned that she should tell her husband about it, to which Bechdel hit a button that started an animation on the screen about Marge failing the Bechdel test.
Bechdel is also the author of Fun Home.
