Buddy Hodges is the actor who portrayed Fallout Boy in the Radioactive Man TV show. He appeared in "Three Men and a Comic Book" and appeared to have some kind of special relationship with Dirk Richter, the actor who played Radioactive Man. Apparently, Buddy Hodges was believed to have been killed in the Vietnam War, as Bart, after hearing that Buddy Hodges was going to answer questions after the Laramie Cigarette commercial with Radioactive Man clip, remarks that he probably didn't die in Vietnam after all.
