History
He spends all his spare time playing with a knife because "it's his thing". However, he flicks his knife and it breaks, forcing him to find a "new thing". Along with the rest of the crew, he was thought to have died in a storm. However, when they appear at a church in Barnacle Bay, someone wearing an INS suit declares him to be "Portugese Fausto", and Fausto says, "Ay Yi Yi" in Portuguese and promptly runs away.
