The Giggler is the one adversary who has managed to elude Bartman.
History
When Bartman saw at Lisa was in trouble he decide to save her. Bartman went to the creepy asylum where Lisa works and the Bart signal came from. When Bartman came to the asylum he understand at The Giggler has taking Lisa but he couldn't find her. Bartman was suddenly knocked down by a frying pan. Bartman wakes up in Lisa's lab and The Giggler, which actually is Lisa has captured him. Lisa tell him that he drove every person in Springfield insane with his pranks and hooligan behavior so she had created a home for the creatures a place to refuge and safety far away from him. Lisa tells Bartman to she have something to show him and she opens a curtain where the rest of his family are hiding behind and Lisa tell him that they have decided that it is time to kill him and they start attacking him with tools. Bart wakes up in his bed and he realize that it was just a nightmare.
