History
When Homer was listening to the radio and an announcer on radio told at FDR is in the White House. An ice cream cone costs a nickel, and a hot new tune by Benny Goodman is hitting the charts and the year is 1939 he thought he had travel back in time, but Carl and Lenny then came in and changed the radio station so it played Men Without Hats so Homer stop thought he hade traveled back.
