Frankie the Squealeris a low-level member of the Springfield Mafia and associate of Fat Tony. He is known, as his name suggests, for his indiscretion. He can't help squealing, because it makes him feel big and even after suffering a beating at the hands of Legs and Louie he continues to tell Mafia secrets.

Role in the Mafia
He is a usual part of a recurring joke where the rest of the mafia punishes him for squealing. He first appeared in the episode of Insane Clown Poppy at the Springfield Mafia meeting where Fat Tony says there is a squealer among the mafia members and then everyone looks at Frankie and then Legs and Louie go after him. He also appears in the end of the episode chasing Homer with Legs and Louie. In Treehouse of Horror XIV when Homer kills Death the Springfield Mafia is shooting him down and then Johnny Tightlips asks "Frankie the Squealer why ain't you dying?" and Frankie then calls up his wife. In The Seven-Beer Snitch when the prisoners are trying to hunt down the snitch Johnny Tightlips believes it Frankie. In 'Scuse Me While I Miss the Sky there is a similar character in Fat Tony's trunk named Jimmy the Snitch.
Other Appearances
In the episode Ice Cream of Margie (With The Light Blue Hair) he was seen again, posing for Marge Simpson with Fat Tony, who is choking him, for one of Marge's icecream stick statuettes. After posing they smile deeply at each other. Fat Tony gets in the front seat of the car and Frankie opens the trunk and gets inside.
Incompetence
However, he does not appear to be very useful to his colleagues in criminal activity due to his uncontrollable habit of squealing (he claims that "it makes me feel big"). On several occasions, the mob has attempted to kill him for his squealing, though they have repeatedly been unsuccessful.
