Ginger Flanders is Ned's Vegas wife who he married after getting drunk while on vacation in Vegas with Homer.
Role in The Simpsons
Homer takes Ned to Vegas when he finds out Ned has does nothing in his life for 60 years. There Homer and Ned see two sexy waitresses and wake up to find out the got drunk over night and married them. Homer and Ned then try to run to Springfield but run into security (Gunter and Ernst, Drederick Tatum, and the Moody Blues. Homer and Ned then escape and find out that their Vegas wives have now fell in love with Gunter and Ernst.
She appears later in Brawl in the Family where she stays at Ned's house and almost gets sick because of his kidness.
