King Zzzz appears in the story The Phantom Toll House.
History
When the kid came to Alphabetburg, he visited King Zzzz. He told him that he was King Sazzzz, but got the S kicked out of him. He also told him that the place used to be a lot less boring and he can restore it to its former glory and go on a rescue mission to save two princess.
