Wanda is a girl who has been in the same class as Lisa since Kindergarten. She was worked at the local babysitting union to monitor the new babysitter. Lisa madeher to believe that Maggie was the baby some Lisa was to babysitting instead of Kelly. After he seeing everything was in order, she called the manager and changed the description of Kelly so that instead of describing Maggie.
