Lizzie Waters is a character in the TV show Thicker than Waters. The person who plays her is called Rebecca.
History
Her father stopped her from eating a lolly as candy gives you bad teeth. Lizzie then explains that if it wasn't for candy, her father, who is a dentist, would be out of business. He then gives her lots of lollies and tells her to give them to her friends.
