The Mulk is a superhero who was fighting on behalf of the Catholic St. Patrick's Day followers against The Thung. This is probably due to the fact he is green, like the Catholics. He was later sentenced in court for the violence.
He has also been mentioned in other ways. Homer turns into the Ingestible Bulk, green and angry, similar to the Hulk. Stan Lee then insists that Homer is not the Hulk as he is.
