He is not to be confused with with Count Dracula who's often seen in the Republican party headquarters along with Mr. Burns, Krusty the Clown and The Rich Texan. His sugar addiction made him loose all of his teeth, so now he has to wear a denture. Despite of this, he still wanted the sugar back.
