Francine is a waitress at Brunchausen by Loxy.
History[edit]
When the Simpson family dined at Brunchausen by Loxy after Homer became a successful crossing guard, Francine handed Homer the check for the food. Homer was annoyed at being charged by Francine and said that he was the person who kept her kids Aiden, Charlotte, and Near-Sighted Nicholas, safe every morning. Francine then told Homer that the food was on the house, but then told Bart and Lisa that she didn't even have kids and Homer just scared her.
