The Happy Green Idiots are strange, unexplained green things in "The Happy Little Elves Meet the Curious Bear Cub." They are seen frolicking in the Honey Pot that Bubbles fell into. It is unknown what they are, but Bubbles can be seen turning into one when he falls into the honey, implying that the elves turn into them if they fall into honey. They also look like the Space Mutants.
