Emcee is an attendee of the National Native American Tribal Council.
History[edit]
When Lisa attended the National Native American Tribal Council, in the Capital City Convention Center, and revealed she made up the Hitachi tribe, the audience got angry with her. Then, Emcee stood up for her against the audience.
