Doctor Julius Hibbert is the Simpson family doctor and often laughs a lot. For example in the episode where Bart breaks his leg, Doctor Hibbert says "That leg is going to have to come off". As Homer and Bart gasp, Dr. Hibbert laughs and says "Did I say leg? I meant that wet bathing suit".
