'Diamond' Joe Quimby the Mayor of Springfield was born to the wealthy Quimby family, in 1945.
Because of the large gap between his birth and the succes of womens rights in the 60's, he remained as a Womaniser. He particulary has multiple affairs with young women (aged 18-25) taking absolutely no interest in his wife.
