Bort is a boy who went to Itchy & Scratchy Land who wanted a liscense plate.
Role in The Simpsons
When Bart and Lisa are in the gift shop Bart tries to look for his name liscense plate and has no luck. Bart then sees one that has the word Bort on it making Bart say "what kind of name is that". Out of nowhere a boy named Bort appears with his mother and asks his mom for a liscense plate but his mom turns him down. There is also another vistor named Bort who is an adult and thinks the young Bort's mom is talking to him. Later in the episode the Bort liscense plates are sold out.
