Blake Black is a rich kid who is the son of a rich businessman. He cut in line at The Enlightened Scoop, which annoyed Lisa. After Lisa told him off for doing so, and refused to get free ice cream from him, he asked Lisa out because he hadn't met anyone with morals before. He became Lisa's boyfriend and they went to see whales on his boat. When Lisa mentioned the whales were too far away, Blake got several helicopters to bring the whales to them, which annoyed Lisa and she broke up with him because he became even more horrible.
