An Unnamed Financial Planner works at Let's Get Fiscal. Police Chief Clancy Wiggum and his wife Sarah had an appointment with him.

History

Clancy and Sarah were meeting with the planner when he told them (in an accusatory tone of voice), "You haven't set anything aside for the future." Clancy philosophically replied, "Ahh, you know how it is with cops. I'll get shot three days before retirement. In the business, we call it 'retirony'."

The planner then asked, "What if you don't get shot?" At this, Clancy gave the planner a dirty look and said, "What a terrible thing to say!" Sarah, for her part, looked shocked at the planner's question and then began to cry. As Clancy put his arm around Sarah to comfort her, he gave the planner an even dirtier look and said, "Now look, you made my wife cry."

He was part of the angry mob that went after Homer during Trappuccino.
