History

He works in a store in Australia. When Bart brought a frog to Australia it quickly reproduced and overran the country. Marge told the teen that in USA they call that species of frog a bull frog. The teen then said that he would have called them "chazwazers".

He is the Australian counterpart of Springfield's own squeaky-voiced teen.
