Wiggum family
The Wiggum family consists of Chief Clancy Wiggum, Chief of Police for Springfield, his nearly-identical-twin wife Sarah Wiggum, and their son, the paste-eating, lovable-but-less-than-bright Ralph Wiggum.

Sarah Wiggum
Sarah Wiggum (born Sarah Kanickee), (voiced by Pamela Hayden) is the soft wife of Clancy and mother of Ralph and sister of Fred Kanickee (deceased). Like Bernice Hibbert and Martha Quimby, she is one of the saner, less notable characters who hardly ever speaks.
In the episode Bart After Dark She says 'Clancy' in an angry voice after seeing Clancy and various other men leave the burlesque house, she sees Clancy leave twice. Clancy says in response " Oh come on you did me twice. According to the episode, "A Star Is Born-Again", at the Jellyfish dance Clancy mentions she was more beautiful at that moment than the day he arrested her. She giggles in reply. He then mentions he only planted the crystal meth on her so she would "notice" him. Sarah (according to Clancy) is his "home force". In the episode, "Grade School Confidential", she immediately dials the authorities to Clancy's command.
In "The Itchy & Scratchy & Poochie Show", she tries out for Poochie's voice, but of course, she isn't heard. Clancy's pet name for her is "Poppin Fresh" based on the Pillsbury Doughboy, as seen in "I'm with Cupid". Curiously, as hinted like Bernice, she may be an alcoholic, as hinted by Ralph: “You look like my mommy after her box of wine.” In "The Boys of Bummer" Clancy comments about how Sarah is looking for a bathing suit that doesn't make her look too "horsey", so he's going to be there for a while.
Fred Kanneke
Fred Kanneke is Sarah's deceased brother who died of assisted suicide. He appeared in Million Dollar Abie.
Iggy Wiggum
Iggy Wiggum is Cheif Wiggum's father who died in war. He was mentioned in Raging Abe Simpson and His Grumbling Grandson in the Curse of the Flying Hellfish.
Household
The Wiggum house simply has Cheif Wiggum and Sararh's room in which the two are usually watching TV in bed and when Cheif Wiggum sees anything on TV he hates he has a habit of shooting it. Ralph also has a room with a bunkbed and nightlight as well as a toy box full of stuffed animals. Cheif Wiggum also has a closet with police equipment which he forbids Ralph from playing in unless he has a freind over. There is also a backyard where Ralph has a sandbox, swing set, and a rock where he sees a lepherchaun that tells him to burn things.
Relationship with The Simpsons
The Wiggums do not have a big relationship with The Simpsons but yet a minor one. Cheif Wiggum is usually a buudy of Homer and Marge and also usually throws them and the rest of the family in jail. Ralph is also Bart's pal and Lisa's boyfriend.
