Jasper Beardsley

A resident of the Springfield Retirement Castle, Jasper is often see around Springfield. He is distinguished by his gravelly baritone voice. It was revealed in Who Shot Mr. Burns? Part 2 that he has a wooden leg. In the past, Jasper has been a substitute teacher who confiscated everything made of tinfoil (according to Lisa); he placed himself in the freezer at the Kwik-E-Mart, after which Apu displayed him as a frozen relic; he was also a member of the Springfiled Baggy-Pants Players as part of the Simpsons Spin-Off Showcase. After an incident in which Bart broke Grampa'a teeth, Abe proceeded to attempt to steal Jasper's dentures; Jasper awoke from a sound sleep, clicking on the lamp to find Abe with his hands on the dentures, at which time jasper brandished a large revolver and remarked, "Well, well, well... if it isn't the Tooth Fairy."
